Somebody had a great time at the St. Patrick's Day Parade in Southie and decided the best way home was to ride through the O'Neil Tunnel on a rented Hubway bike with no helmet and no clue. The video captures them at 5:15pm, near the exit for I-93 North from Congress Street in South Boston, where there is no sidewalk or breakdown lane.
