China takes the crime of jaywalking VERY seriously! They plaster the faces of offenders all over large public TVs. They don't stop there though....they also spray water all over potential jaywalkers at the intersection! Makes you wonder what they do to people who liter!?!? I assume they're forced to spend an afternoon in a dumpster. BoingBoing
