via UPI Get a load of this fella! Spotted fillin' up at a Tennessee gas station. He may have revolutionized the shopping industry with this. He souped up a cart with an engine and probably saves a ton of time cruising around the store aisles at the local Piggly Wiggly (or what have you). Sure it may not be street legal, but hell, I bet he saves a fortune at the pump.....giddy up
