In case you missed it, a few days ago this video was posted featuring Hall of Fame legends Robbie Robertson and Ringo Starr. They helped put together a Global initiative for the Playing For Change Foundation. It's described as "a movement created to inspire and connect the world through music, born from the shared belief that music has the power to break down boundaries and overcome distances between people. Our primary focus is to record and film musicians performing in their natural environments and combine their talents and cultural power."
The latest video installment has musicians from 10 different countries through a version of the Band’s classic song “The Weight.” The song and video feature artists in the U.S., Italy, Japan, DR Congo, Bahrain, Spain, Hawaii, Argentina, Nepal and Jamaica.You have to love this concept that the project's organizer say
