Quick tip: don’t try to drive an ATV through a major city. Though, if you must, don’t taunt the police while you’re doing it. It will not end well.

Providence Police say 25-year-old Ruddy Rodriguez was among a group of 10 to 15 people driving ATVs erratically through the city Wednesday night. He reportedly taunted police, yelling “You’ll never catch me or stop me!” as he drove past.

Authorities say Rodriguez ran a red light and drove up on a sidewalk before crashing into a large, cement pot. He was apprehended and faces charges of reckless driving, eluding police and property damage.
