AVON, Mass. (WBZ NewsRadio) – The Enchanted Village opened Thursday at Jordan’s Furniture in Avon.
In the past the popular display has featured a skating rink, photos with Santa Claus, Polar Express 4D The Ride, the Holiday Laser LITE show and The Reindeer Arcade Game. This year’s latest addition to the exhibit included an indoor mountain that both adults and kids could slide down called The Tube.
The village also featured animated figures and yuletide scenes reminiscent from the Jordan Marsh location in Downtown Crossing. Since relocating to Avon in 2009, the display has been fully refurbished and made larger to include indoor snowstorms.
“It has been great to see generations of families visiting us during the holiday season,” said President Eliot Tatelman. “We’re a furniture store, but so much more during the holiday season!"
In addition to the village, guests can also purchase the original Jordan Marsh blueberry muffins. The village will be open starting Thursday until January 2, 2022. Tickets for all attractions are available online.
