BOSTON (WBZ NewsRadio) — A powerful blizzard brought heavy snow and damaging winds on Monday. Massachusetts Gov. Maura Healey declared a state of emergency on Sunday, and issued a travel ban to Bristol, Plymouth, Barnstable and Dukes counties.
