Holliston Uber Driver Due In Court In Sex Assault Case

FRAMINGHAM (WBZ NewsRadio) -- An Uber driver accused of sexually assaulting a rider in Ashland last week is due in Framingham District Court Monday.

Jose Arevalos-Avalos of Holliston faces charges of indecent assault and attempting to pay for sexual conduct.

Prosecutors say Arevalos-Avalos offered the victim $100 in exchange for sex during the ride. Officials say that, when she refused the offer, he allegedly put his hand between her legs, and later put her hand between his legs.
