Steve Carrell Returning To TV With A New Comedy Series

People are still in mourning for, "The Office." My daughter has been watching it constantly during school break. The adventures of Dunder Mifflin ran 9 seasons from 2005 to 2013, and it's one of the most popular series in reruns. Netflix has paid millions to run it, although that may be coming to an end soon.

Steve Carrell has gone on to make critically acclaimed movies and work part time at his general store in Marshfield Hills, Ma. But now it looks like he's returning to TV.

Netflix released a trailer today for a new comedy series starring Steve, based around the concept of President Trump's proposed Space Force. The trailer describes the new military branch's purpose as defending satellites from attack and performing "other space-related tasks. Or something."

"This is the story of the men and women who have to figure it out."

Office fans, Steve Carrell, has co-created the upcoming series with Greg Daniels, who developed "The Office" for American television, so this could be full of awesomness!

Check out the trailer for "Space Force".
