Wait! We're supposed to have the crappy weather on the East Coast in February, not sunny Southern California.

Aerosmith was going to become the 2,657th star on The Hollywood Walk of Fame today but a deluge of rain put a stop to that. Steven Tyler was scheduled to be joined by actress Sharon Stone in speaking at the 11:30 a.m. ceremony in front of the Musicians Institute, but now the ceremony has been postponed until further notice.

As nbclosangeles.com reported, some disappointed fans had traveled from as far away as Russia and camped out since midnight hoping to get a good seat to see The Bad Boys From Boston. Steven Tyler tweeted,

FOLKS, WE TRIED TO GET OUR STAR 🌟 TODAY... BUT ITS UNDERWATER AND WE FORGOT OUR SCUBA GEAR!! NEW DATE FOR @HWDWALKOFFAME COMING SOON!! STAY TUNED AND STAY DRY! WE LOVE AND THANK YOU ALL! @AEROSMITH
