It looks like everything went well on Mick Jagger's heart surgery yesterday in New York. According to his representative Fran Curtis, Mick is resting and "is expected to make a full recovery" after completing a transcatheter aortic valve replacement. The guy has a 28 inch waist and runs 40 miles a week and has to have heart surgery while Keith Richards is living on cigarettes and beer and will outlive us all.
Mick took a break from eating lime green jello to tweet out a message of thanks this afternoon. It is expected that new dates for the postponed North American leg of their No Filter tour, which had a stop at Gillette Stadium scheduled for June 8th, will be rescheduled in the next few weeks. Feel better Mick!
