Base jumping videos look cool. People jump off cliffs, radio antennas, and buildings, with Go Pro cameras strapped to their helmets, but it doesn't always go smoothly.
Kody Kosloski of Michigan learned this the hard way. He said he was participating in a sanctioned BASE jumping event at an Acapulco beach when a gust of wind blew him straight back into the building. As the camera rolled, his parachute snagged on the edge of a balcony. That's when a sweet old lady appeared, grabbing his hand, pulling him to safety, and then offering him a glass of water.
