BMTH's Oli Sykes Suffers Concussion From Phone Thrown By Fan

Bring Me the Horizon frontman Oli Sykes suffered a mild concussion Monday night after a fan threw a phone at his head during the band's show in St. Louis. 

Fan-captured video shows the phone striking Sykes mid-song during "Happy Song," prompting him to hurl it back into the crowd and demand to know who threw it.

He was visibly disoriented for the rest of the set, and in an Instagram update yesterday, Sykes said the swelling had gone down, and he apologized to fans who noticed him struggling onstage, explaining that singing was putting pressure on the wound and making things feel disorienting.
