According to the recent piece in Mens Health, death metal music is all the rage in yoga class these days. Brooklyn, NY. instructor Saskia Thode was first exposed to the power of Metal music at the age of 12 when her Mom brought her to a Festival in their native Germany. Years later, after relocating to the 'States, she found traditional yoga studios to be too uptight. So in 2014 she opened "Metal Yoga Bones" where each session begins with loud shrieks and howls and includes plenty of sweat to a heavy metal soundtrack. Sounds like a pretty good stress reliever. But I'm guessing you should leave the black leather and studded collars at home though....
