6/25/67: The Beatles First Live T.V. Broadcast

via thebeatles.com   June 25, 1967 marked an important moment, not only in Music history but in Television history as well. The Beatles set up shop in Abbey Road Studios with a camera crew and some of their famous friends like . Mick Jagger, Keith Richards, Marianne Faithful, Graham Nash, Eric Clapton and Keith Moon, and more. They performed "All You Need is Love" accompanied by a  thirteen-piece orchestra and a pre-recorded backing track for over 350 million viewers in 25 Countries.  It became the first, worldwide satellite television broadcast dubbed Our World.
