via maxim Even though fans of the HBO's Game of Thrones will have to wait until late, 2019 for the Eighth and final season of the world's most popular series, we don't have to wait for Winter to come. It will arrive November 23 in the form of Brewery Ommegang's "King in the North" Imperial Stout. The barrel-aged brew gets its name from Jon Snow's character and is the 4th in a series....inspired by the series.
The Cooperstown, NY beer companies announcement comes on the heels of last month's "Mother of Dragons" release. Inspired by "Daenerys Targaryen", this will hit shelves on September 28th. The brewery's official site says it's a "blend of a smoked porter and a Belgian kriek represents the smoke and fire that Daenerys has unleashed on her opponents."
