via instagram/tommylee L.A. Metal Icons, Motley Crue decided to call it quits three years ago after 34 years and over 100-million records sold worldwide. Their hometown served as the perfect venue to come full-circle and close out with 3 sold-out nights at the Staples Center on New Year's Eve (December 31st) 2015.
Fast Forward to 2018 and THIS new, in-studio photo posted by Drummer Tommy Lee to his official instagram account. Looks like he's hooked up with long-time bandmate, bassist Nikki Sixx and Dr. Feelgood Producer, Bob Rock too. Some internet detectives are speculating that they could be working on music for the upcoming Motley Crue biopic The Dirt. The film, which is set to premiere on Netflix, is currently in post-production.
