via Boston Magazine Tiny houses seem to be all the rage these days for the budget and carbon-footprint-minded resident.. Well this one runs on DUNKIN'...literally. The energy to run it comes from a biofuel made from used coffee grounds. Currently the 275-square-foot tiny house is parked at Bailey's HIll in Nahant, MA. At 33 feet long, 13.5 feet tall, and 8 feet wide, it has a full kitchen, a loft bed, a “cozy coffee nook,” and a wall that retracts to reveal a cedar outdoor deck. Oh, and the kitchen comes stocked with pounds of Dunkin' coffee, of course. Airbnb has it listed to rent for $10/night but it is currently SOLD OUT through October 26th. You can still take a virtual tour HERE.
