via UCR You may recall back on On November 10th, Joe Perry had just left the stage at Madison Square Garden after performing "Walk This Way" with Billy Joel and his band when he collapsed. According to his publicist, Perry "experienced shortness of breath and was treated backstage by paramedics who gave the guitarist oxygen and used a tracheal tube to clear his airway before taking him to a hospital."
He returned home recently, has been in good spirits and released the following statement (above) regarding the remaining dates on his solo tour with Brad Whitford and Gary Cherone.
