via usatoday.com Last Fall Metallica announced they would unleash their signature beer collaboration with Stone Brewing Company at their Tour stops along the way. Now the "Enter Night Plisner" is getting full, U.S. Distribution here in the first quarter of 2019 and international release later this year. Drummer Lars Ulrich told USA Today in this article:
"In terms of hard rock, Iron Maiden has been doing beverages very successfully and Megadeth has been doing beer. We have been watching everybody else do their stuff and sometimes just sitting back and watching ... you sort of pick up what is working and (think) what could our model look like."
The 5.7 ABV brew will be packaged under Stone's Arrogant Consortia label. It's been described as a traditional Northern German Pilsner with a remarkable flavor and aroma.
