Pete Townshend Releases In-Studio Videos For New Who Album

Pete Townshend has announced through a series of Vlogs (video blogs) that The Who has entered the recording studio to begin work on their first new album in 13 years. Endless Wire was released in 2006, which had ended a 24-year drought between albums. London's British Grove Studios will host the legendary band.

Joining Townhend and Daltrey (who hasn't yet arrived) in studio will be his brother, guitarist/backing vocalist Simon Townshend ; drummer Zak Starkey ; and bassist Pino Palladino . The record is due out at some point later this year while their Symphonic Tour kicks off May 7th in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Oh, and that reminds me, you can ENTER TO WIN free tickets for the September 13th concert at Fenway Park HERE .
