LG made a splash at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in January showing off their Home Brew machine. The Keurig-like device can instantly turn water into multiple styles of Beer. Now, it seems they've got a brand new, counter top time saver. The prototype dubbed "Snow White" will also use pod-based technology to instantly churn out some frosty frozen treats.
Options could include Ice Cream, Sorbet, Sherbet, Gelato and Frozen Custard. It even comes with a "Cleaning Pod" to make sure you don't gum up the works like those unfortunate souls on Food Network's "Chopped" seem to suffer. The device was unveiled at the SXSW Event which kicked off last Friday in Austin, TX. As of today, there is no pricing or availability details, only that it’s in the prototype phase.
