Allman Brothers Fillmore WEST Box Set On The Way

September 6th, 2019 fans will get their hands (and ears) on some never-before released concert recordings from The Allman Brothers Band archives. The four disc, Fillmore West '71 chronicles a three-night stand ( January 29, 30 and 31) less than two months before The legendary Allman Brothers' At Fillmore East in New York City. Some say these West coast shows were a warm up for the famed East Coast run.

Aside from a truck load of early Allman's tunes taken the original reel-to-reel soundboard masters from these San Francisco shows, the set will include a 45-minute bonus track of "Mountain Jam" recorded on March 13, 1970, at The Warehouse in New Orleans. This release is part of the group's ongoing 50th Anniversary this year. You can get a sneak preview of "Trouble No More" HERE
