Last weekend at Madison Square Garden The Who unveiled another new track from their forthcoming studio album due out in November. The still, yet-to-be-titled record will have about 11 or 12 tracks and will be the band's first full, studio release since Endless Wire in 2006. "Big Cigars" was performed live for the first time following the addition of "Hero Ground Zero" to the setlist back in July. Pete Townshend elaborated on the new music telling the crowd:
“Next year, hopefully, the songs that we release in November will be greatest hits. ... Or maybe they won’t. Listen, you can sit or stand, you can dance, you can go to sleep – I don’t give a f*#k. You’ve bought your ticket. It’s done. It’s a done deal! ...
