A Brewery Is Putting Adoptable Dogs On Their Labels

Fargo Brewing (North Dakota) has come up with a great way to get the word out for adoptable shelter dogs in and around their community. They've partnered with the shelter 4LuvofDog and put some lovable pets on the labels of their beer cans. The brewery just held an event where customers could try out their signature brews while also getting to meet the dogs up for adoption.

According to this article from People Magazine, they managed to sell 25 of the 40 cases of beer made with the specialty labels. They'll continue to sell 6-packs the rest of the week with proceeds going to the rescue group as well.

*My two cents: With all of the great Breweries and Animal Shelters we have here in Massachusetts (and New England, for that matter) this should happen in EVERY State, even if its only once or twice a year. Great way to bring awareness to these pets that could use a good home.
