The Black Crowes Rocked a Reunion Show After Tour Announcement

Yesterday was a big day for Brothers Chris and Rich Robinson. Rumors had circulated weeks ago that they had begun talking again after over 6 years of silence. There had even been internet chatter about a possible 2020 reunion tour for The Black Crowes. In the morning they appeared on Howard Stern's Satellite Show to talk about how they've mended fences and missed playing together. They also officially revealed details of their 46-date tour to commemorate the 30th anniversary of their debut album Shake Your Money Maker. Tickets went on sale for all dates, which include a stop in Mansfield, MA. at the Xfinity Center, July 22nd.

Last night, the brothers, along with guitarist Isiah Mitchell, bassist Tim LeFebvre, keyboardist Joel Robinow and drummer Ojha took to the intimate, 600-seat setting of Manhattan's Bowery Ballroom to perform their debut album in sequence for the first time ever. You can watch some shaky, fan-shot footage below, but it does prove that they're playing nice again, and sounding as good as they ever did. here's the setlist.

2. “Jealous Again”

3. “Sister Luck”

4. “Could I’ve Been So Blind”
