The first full length trailer is here of the highly anticipated next chapter in the Ghostbusters franchise. July 10, 2020 will see the release of Ghostbusters: Afterlife. Directed and co-written by Jason Reitman and produced by his father, Ivan Reitman. The elder Reitman was the director on the original release in 1984. In this latest installment, when a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original Ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.
The film stars Paul Rudd, Carrie Coon, Finn Wolfhard (of Stranger Things), Mckenna Grace. Dan Akroyd (one of the Executive Producers) had previously gone on record saying that he and additional members of the original cast will make appearances including Bill Murray, Sigourney Weaver, Annie Potts and Ernie Hudson.
