Picture if you will, working hard all year only to find out you get to split up $10,000,000 in bonuses with your fellow employees. Talk about incentive plans. That is exactly what this Baltimore-based Real Estate Company did. St. John's Properties decided to surprise their 198 employees and split the enormous windfall up after hitting a goal of developing 20 million square feet of office, flex/RD&D, retail and warehouse space in eight states. On average, each worker takes home a cool $50,000 check. The bonus will be on top of the company’s annual year-end bonus and other benefits, they said in the press release.
