Rhino Records is kicking off the new year strong with a series of vinyl reissues. The campaign is entitled "Start Your Ear Off Right". Out of the gates on January 10th will be a 2-disc, 40th anniversary reissue of Bad Company's Desolation Angels, and three Deep Purple albums pressed, appropriately enough, on purple vinyl :Stormbringer, Made in Europe and Last Concert in Japan.
Round two of releases will be January 17th with Stevie Nicks' Bella Donna on gold vinyl; Warren Zevon's Excitable Boy, pressed on glow-in-the-dark vinyl; and two from Devo Freedom of Choice and New Traditionalists. The last run will be on the 24th of this Month and include a turquoise, vinyl edition of Van Morrison's His Band and the Street Choir.
