Han Solo's Blaster From Star Wars Is Going Up For Auction

Via Esquire.com. On June 23rd, Julien's Auctions will put one of three blasters actually used in Return of the Jedi up for bids at the Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. They've timed the auction to coincide with the 35th anniversary of Episode VI, which should help drive up the price of the weapon for fans.

Fashioned from an actual German gun, a  Mauser C96 Broomhandle, and other parts to make it look out of this world, it's expected to go for between $300,000 and $500,000.
