A gentleman who goes by the name “BillyBigRig”, said he thought he had seen it all until he spotted a white pickup truck hurtling down Rt. 75 in Tampa with an elderly woman and her wheelchair strapped in the back.
Billy called it a “redneck Uber”, police called it against the law. But it’s Florida, and Nana might have been late for Bingo, plus, she looks like she’s enjoying the fresh air.
