Via Billboard.com. Wow! Foxboro is becoming concert central for 2019. Dead and Company have announced their Summer tour for 2019, and for the first time EVER, they'll be playing Gillette Stadium in Foxboro!
The band, made up of original Grateful Dead members like Mickey Hart, Bill Kreutzmann and Bob Weir, along with John Mayer who has been playing with the band since it formed in 2015 and Allman Brothers’ bassist Oteil Burbridge, will kick their tour off on May 31 in Mountain View, California at the Shoreline Amphitheatre.
June 22nd they'll be playing to thousands of Deadheads at Gillette Stadium in Foxboro!
Tickets will go on sale to the general public Dec. 8 at 10 a.m. local time through livenation.com. American Express and Citi card members can purchase tickets for select shows before the general public beginning Tuesday, (Dec.) 4 at 10 a.m. local time.
