Color Killer Ready To Rock And Help Cure Cancer

Color Killer is made up of four boys, ages 9 to 12, with their hair dyed a different color. Started in 2017 and based in Marlborough, the band plays mostly alt/punk and punk revival original songs that were penned by band members collaborating with each other and friends. The band covers Green Day, The Offspring, Dead Kennedys, Blink-182, Misfits and Teenage Bottlerocket.

The band members, Lincoln Zinzola (9), Nate Delbac (12), Matt Hiltz (11) and Dylan Huther (12), have been playing a variety of shows all over the Northeast as the band’s popularity and regularity of gigs has been picking up steam. A video of their original song, “Down with Winter,” received more than one million views on Facebook in a two-week span, and in June the band received the “Best Band” and “Best Crowd Reaction” awards at the Young Performers Showcase at the Hard Rock Café in Boston.

This year, the band is performing at the Relay For Life of Marlborough Hudson on Saturday, June 1. Relay For Life means a lot to the band, as one of the members, Nate, has personally been affected by cancer. His grandmother ran the Marlborough Hudson Relay For Life, so it was her idea to get the band to perform there. This will not be their first appearance at Relay For Life and they had a great time performing there previously and are excited to do so again! They will even be selling T-shirts, stickers, and pins and giving pretty much all of their proceeds to Relay For Life.
