The Boston restaurant community was rocked on January 12th when Durgin-Park at Faneuil Hall closed suddenly. Everybody wished they had one more chance to go to the place that Nana used to bring you.
Well now you can have a piece of Durgin-Park. Central Mass Auctions is selling off the restaurant’s 200-plus catalogue of memorabilia online and bidding has already started. Sixty bucks for a pot roast sign?
If you would like to see what's up for grabs in person, they're opening up the doors of that historic Faneuil Hall place this weekend so you can view everything from banners to those famous baked bean pots.
The preview will be held on Saturday, Feb. 16 and Sunday, Feb. 17 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.; all online bidding will end on Wednesday, Feb 20.
To make a bid online, go to Central Mass Auctions here.
