Nine-year-old Japanese drum prodigy Yoyoka Soma has become a YouTube star with her covers of Led Zeppelin's "Good Times, Bad Times," and songs by The Police, Peter Gabriel, and The Red Hot Chili Peppers. Back in February she went on Ellen to play Queen's "Stone Cold Crazy." At the same time, she posted a video of her playing The Foo Fighters "The Pretender," which caught the attention of Dave Grohl.
Yoyoka was back on Ellen today saying what she loved most about Grohl’s drumming was his sound and his really heavy groove. She played "The Pretender" and received a video surprise from her drumming hero.
