Florida still holds the record for strange stories, but this afternoon California gave them a run for their money. At 3pm today Los Angeles police spotted a man dressed as The Joker riding around sticking out of the sunroof of a BMW. A long, strange, chase went all the way to Venice Beach where The Joker jumped out and tried to blend in with the crowd, even stopping to help bury a beach goer in the sand.
After several high fives and photos being taken by onlookers, police cornered him by the water where he eventually surrendered, and of course, it was all on live TV!
