The Money Man shared some sad news today. In a clip from his reality TV show, "The Real Money," he revealed that he's been battling stage 4 esophageal cancer that has spread to his liver. He said he was going in for a checkup last Fall when the doctors shocked him with the diagnosis.
“Am I going to live a long time? Who knows. It’s in God’s hands. But you know what? I’ll take every day I can get. Every day above ground is a good day.”
Eddie said he doesn't want to hide the fact that he has cancer from his fans.“What I don’t want to do is, I don’t want to keep the fact that I have cancer from everybody. It’s not honest (to hide it). I want to be honest with everybody. I want people to know that (fighting) cancer’s come a long way and not everybody dies from cancer, like they did in the 50s and 60s.”
