Via USAToday.com. A vegan woman had enough of the smell of her neighbors grilling meat and fish, and has filed suit against them that has gone all the way to the Australian Supreme Court.
Cila Carden thinks it's all part of some "barbecue conspiracy." She said, "It's deliberate. All I can smell is fish. I can't enjoy my backyard." Man, she would hate living next door to me. I knock the snow off my Webber and fire it up all Winter long.
A lower court threw out her case in February, then the Supreme Court rejected her claims in July, but she's persistent. She has filed over 600 pages of documents in her appeal.
