Gene Simmons Has Medical Procedure On His "Love Gun"

Via UltimateClassicRock. Gene Simmons will not be rocking all night and partying every day for a while. According to TMZ, he was admitted into Cedars-Sinai Hospital early Tuesday morning to undergo a "tender" medical procedure that should help get rid of kidney stones. In the hour long procedure, a stent was inserted in his urethra, to help him pee them out. Was that TMI?

A few weeks ago Simmons tweeted that they were postponing 3 shows of the "End Of The Road Tour" so he could have a medical procedure done, "nothing serious" he said. Yikes! It would be to me...

Despite the excrutiating pain that kidney stones can cause, at least he has a sense of humor about it. When he went through this before in 2009, he auctioned off those rocks on E-Bay and raised $15,000 for charity.

I guess his "Love Gun" is out of action for a while. This too shall pass...
