Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Announces Nominees For 2020

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame has announced the nominees for the class of 2020. The list includes Pat Benatar, Judas Priest, The Doobie Brothers, Thin Lizzy, The Dave Mathews Band, Soundgarden, Nine Inch Nails, Motorhead, Todd Rundgren, T Rex, Whitney Houston, Kraftwerk, Notorious Big, MC5, Depeche Mode, and Rufus featuring Chaka Khan.

The top vote-getters will be announced in January and inducted May 2nd, 2020 at a ceremony at Cleveland’s Public Hall. Many artists appear on the ballot for the first time, while bands like Kraftwerk make their sixth appearance. And where is the Mighty J. Geils Band?
