Via UPI.com. For most people, getting a first tattoo or piercing is a big deal. Rolf Buchholz of Germany waited until he was 40 to get his first ink, and it was such a big deal, he didn't stop.
Rolf just set the Guinness World Record for the most body modifications. That would be tattoos, piercings and subdermal implants. He has 516, but he says he's not done yet. He also says a lot of people believe he is the devil, but he's not.
